A student of mine made these amazingly delicious cookies. Even though I had the power of giving him a grade, he wouldn’t give me more than two cookies. These are addictively good.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cream vanilla, sugar, butter, brown sugar, egg, and hazelnut spread until incorporated.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt and baking soda.
Add flour mixture slowly to the sugar mixture. Add chips.
Using a 1 1/2 ounce scoop, form balls. Roll the dough balls in the raw/turbinado sugar.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Eat a bunch and share with your teacher if you bring them to school.

I just made these. They are wonderful! I was looking for a different cookie to make for a sale. But I’m keeping this first batch for myself.
