With no butter or oil, these little cookies get a healthy dose of deliciousness.
Preheat oven to 325ºF.
Cream yogurt and sugars together. Add the eggs, vanilla, banana, and peanut butter.
Combine baking soda, oats, flour, and coconut. Add this mix to the wet ingredients. Mix well. Add in chocolate chips, rainbow drops, and nuts.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a Silpat mat-lined baking sheet.
Bake 10-12 minutes until slightly golden.
