Healthy breakfast cookies, fast and easy! Crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside. My new favorite cookie!
Mix all ingredients together and drop spoonfuls of dough onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 350ºF for approximately 30 minutes.
Note: If your bananas are not super ripe, you can expedite the process by roasting them in the oven at 350ºF (still in the skins) for about 10 minutes.
