A moist whole wheat cake packed with apples, raisins, sunflower seeds, walnuts and oat bran.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a tube or bundt cake pan. Whisk together the dry ingredients and set aside. In a separate bowl, mix together brown sugar, canola oil, eggs, vanilla and bananas. Add the dry ingredients and mix to combine. Fold in the walnuts, sunflower seeds, apples and raisins.
Pour batter into cake pan and bake for 60-70 minutes (until cake tester or toothpick comes out clean). Remove from pan when cool.
