Description

S’more cookies that taste like the real thing.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • ½ teaspoons Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoons Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 8 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ cups Granulated Sugar
  • ½ cups Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Milk
  • ½ cups Crushed Graham Crackers
  • ½ cups Chocolate Chips
  • ½ cups Mini Marshmallows

Preparation

1. Preheat your oven to 350 F. Spray 2 baking sheets with non stick cooking spray. In a large bowl sift together your flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
2. In another large bowl cream together your egg, butter, vanilla, granulated sugar, brown sugar and milk with an electric mixer. Mix your dry ingredients slowly into your wet.
3. Fold in your chocolate chips and graham crackers.
4. Take a medium sized ice cream scoop and scoop 18 rounds onto two baking sheets, leaving and inch or so between each for the cookies to spread out. Add a few marshmallows to the top of each cookie (otherwise your marshmallows will melt out of the cookies.) Bake for 15 minutes then remove pans from oven and set on a rack. Cool completely before serving.
