Gooey Butter Cake – Super Easy!

Description
This is a yummy, rich dessert that can be made in a few minutes!
Ingredients
- 3 whole Eggs, Divided
- 1 box (18.25 Oz. Box) Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 stick Butter
- 1 block (8 Oz. Block) Cream Cheese
- 1 pound Powdered Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350ºF and grease a 9×13 pan.
Mix 1 egg, cake mix and the butter. Once combined, press into the bottom of the pan evenly.
Cream the final 2 eggs and creme cheese first. Add in powdered sugar and combine well. Add in vanilla and mix.
Pour on top of the pressed batter in the pan.
Bake 350ºF for 30 minutes or until the middle is no longer wet.
Let cool and sprinkle powdered sugar over top. Enjoy!
