Description

These are great cookies with very few ingredients and no flour. They’re so good that everyone who tries them wants the recipe. You’d never know there’s no flour of any kind in them!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar (not Packed Down)
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Heat oven to 350 F.

In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, brown sugar, egg, baking soda and vanilla until combined and creamy. Add chocolate chips and stir in with a spoon.

Use a cookie scoop and scoop the dough onto a buttered baking sheet, spacing them an inch or two apart.

Bake for 10 minutes. Be careful—you don’t want them to over-cook. They may still be a little creamy looking in the middle but after 10 minutes, take the pan from the oven, set it on a rack and let the cookies sit on the cookie sheet for 3 minutes before you take them off the pan. They’ll continue cooking on the hot pan.
