These are a recipe I came up with after being diagnosed with Celiac. They taste just like the original. They are very addicting! So yummy and gluten free!
Mix all ingredients, except chocolate chips, well. Use your hands to mix thoroughly. Roll into balls and place on cookie sheet. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Melt chocolate chips in microwave at 30 sec intervals. Dip in melted semi-sweet chocolate.

You can find the gluten free rice cereal to make these as the recipe is originally done, too. They are SO addictive, though! I make them every Christmas and store them in the freezer and cannot stop sneaking them until they are gone!!!
