6-ingredient cookies that you can make, bake and eat in less than 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 175 C/350 F.
Put all of the ingredients (except sea salt) in a large bowl (measure out the sugar first, and if you want to make life even easier spray the measuring cup with non-stick spray before measuring the peanut butter). Beat together using an electric mixer until well combined.
Using a teaspoon (or small ice cream scoop), form rounded balls of dough and place them on a parchment paper lined baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Using a fork, press a crisscrossed pattern on top of each cookie and sprinkle each cookie with a small pinch of sea salt.
Bake for about 10 minutes or cookies are golden. Then remove them from the oven and let cookies cool on the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
