Description

This is the cookie you have when you can’t decide what kind of cookie you want. It has it all!

Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup Margarine Or Butter
  • 2 cups Brown Sugar, Packed
  • 2 cups White Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 6 whole Eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Soda
  • 8 cups Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 bag (11-12 Oz. Bag) Semi-sweet Chocolate Chunks
  • 1 bag (8 Oz. Bag) Heath Toffee Chips
  • 1 bag (11-12 Oz. Bag) White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 bag (10 Oz. Bag) Peanut Butter Chips
  • 1 bag (11-12 Oz. Bag) Semi Sweet And White Chocolate Swirled Chips
  • 4-½ cups Oatmeal
  • 1 cup Raisins
  • ½ cups Chopped Mixed Nuts

Preparation

Cream butter, sugars and vanilla till smooth. Then add in eggs one at a time. Sift together baking soda, flour, and salt in a separate bowl, then mix in parts into the creamed mixture. Add all the chips, oats, raisins and nuts. Mix until combined.

Drop cookie dough by rounded tablespoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes or until light brown.

This makes a lot of dough. I usually wrap half and freeze it for cookies another time.
