This makes a small batch, perfect for keeping in the fridge to snack on!
Combine brown sugar, sugar and butter; beat until light and fluffy. Add milk and vanilla, blend well. Add flour, mix well. Add chocolate chips and mix again. Refrigerate.
Notes:
You may need to add a little more milk if the dough seems dry.
One idea that would be fun to try is rolling the dough into balls before refrigerating so they are easy to grab and go. Yum!

Can this be baked into cookies, or is the purpose just to have a dough-like snack? Thanks!
