With just THREE ingredients, this is a recipe you are going to love! Hey, even the kids can help.
Preheat oven to 375.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Drop onto greased cookie sheet by the tablespoonful, being careful to keep edges round.
Bake at 375 F for 14-18 minutes or until done.
Serve with a dollop of cream cheese frosting, if desired. Makes about 2 dozen.

I didn’t have spice cake mix so I used a yellow cake mix and added a palmful of pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon. This easy recipe got great reviews in my picky house.

These are great. My daughter loves everything pumpkin! I made a double batch to take to her at when we moved her from one apartment to another. My husband didn’t love them but my daughter, her boyfriend, her roomate and several other friends loved them even without the cream cheese frosting. And they were so easy! Can’t beat 3 ingredients!
