I wanted these to be so amazing, and I dreamed of the chocolate and oreo marriage that was to be. Alas, these we not what I was hoping for, so I will continue looking for that perfect match. The hubs liked them, so they did get gobbled up!

We quartered the Oreos and didn’t refrigerate prior to baking and they still turned out perfect! I’m wondering if it would be wrong to just eat the dough and skip the baking part…I mean, who says cookies have to be baked?!

Easy and delicious! I’ll definitely put this recipe in my cookie rotation! YUM!

These were “ok”. Defiantly fulfill a chocolate craving if you have one! I crushed my Oreos, as the recipe directed, which leaves them in tiny crumbs. I use my mini processor for just that on many recipes. It leaves no chunks. So, like I said, the cookie was chocolatey, just kinda boring. The picture looks like the Oreos were chopped, not crushed…I’ll try that next time.

These are just delicious and so easy. The only thing I would add is a note to *gently* crush the Oreos… some cookies ended up with bigger chunks, and I liked those much better than the ones where the cookies were more blended in. Delicious!!!

I made these yummy cookies and shipped them to my fiancé who is deployed in Afghanistan. They shipped very well and he loved them. When I talked to him today he and his buddies begged me to send more. Thank you for posting this yummy recipe!
