Chewy, chocolatey and delicious!
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Cream bananas, butter, egg, brown sugar and granulated sugar together in a stand mixer. In a separate bowl, combine flours, flaxseed, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients in stand mixer. Mix in oats until combined. Using a spatula, fold in dark chocolate chips.
Using a ¼-cup measuring cup, scoop cookie dough balls on to ungreased baking sheet. Place in oven and bake 9–11 minutes.
Remove from oven and place cookies on parchment or wax paper to cool.
