Delicious lemon bars with a creamy filling sprinkled with crumbly goodness.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg, and oil until crumbly. Measure out 1 cup of this mixture and set it aside. Pat the rest of the mixture into an ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile beat together cream cheese, sugar, 1 egg, and lemon juice until smooth. Spread over the baked layer. Then spread the reserved crumbs on top and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
