Chewy cranberry cookies with an addition of chocolate chips to make them even more chewy. These cookies make the perfect snack and go very well with a nice cold glass of milk.
Preheat oven at 165ºC (330ºF) and place parchment paper on two baking trays.
Sift flour and baking soda into a bowl. Place butter and both sugars into another bowl and mix until combined. Add egg and egg yolk and beat until combined. Add flour and baking soda and mix. Once mixed, add chocolate chips and cranberries.
With a teaspoon, spoon mixture onto the baking tray and place in the oven. Bake 15–20 minutes. Allow to cool on the baking tray and then transfer to a wire rack.
