Quite possibly the best chocolate chip cookie you’ve ever had!
Mix the butter, sugars and eggs until smooth in consistency. Add the dry ingredients (vanilla pudding mix, salt, flour, oats and baking soda) in a separate bowl, then add to the wet mixture. Add the chocolate chips and toffee bits last. (A glob of peanut butter is optional.)
Drop (or roll) on the cookie sheet. (I recommend using parchment paper, as the toffee bits tend to stick to the pan.)
Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes, until cooked and firm on the bottom.
If you prefer softer cookies, throw a piece of bread into your cookie jar. You’ll wake up the next day with soft, moist cookies.
