Description

Soft chocolate fudge on the bottom, with a nice crunchy white chocolate on top. Filled with pretzels and Oreo cookies. Yum.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sugar
  • ½ cups Milk
  • ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • ½ cups Margarine
  • 1 ounce, weight Unsweetened Baking Chocolate Square
  • 12 ounces, weight Milk Chocolate Morsels
  • 12 whole Marshmallows (regular Sized)
  • 24 whole Oreo Cookies, Crushed, Divided
  • 2 cups Pretzel Twists, Broken, Divided
  • 12 ounces, weight Vanilla Bark, Melted

Preparation

In a large saucepan, bring to a boil the sugar, milk, vanilla extract and margarine. Continue to boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add baking chocolate, milk chocolate and marshamallows. Stir until smooth (several minutes). Fold in ¾ of crushed Oreos, and ¾ of broken pretzels. Pour chocolate mixture into a foil-lined jelly roll pan that has been buttered.

Pour melted vanilla bark over the chocolate. Sprinkle remaining cookies and pretzels over the white chocolate (press in if necessary). Refrigerate until set. Cut and enjoy! Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
