A healthier chocolate mousse with a hint of mint.
In a food processor, blend the tofu until soft and creamy. Melt chocolate, cocoa powder, water, and creme de menthe together. Once chocolate is smooth, slowly mix in the sugar. Add chocolate to the food processor, and blend until well combined. Refrigerate until cold.
Serve topped with whipped cream.
