Description

If you like Reece’s Peanut Butter Cups, you will LOVE these! They are a rich, dense, wonderful snack treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 jar Marshmallow Cream, 7 Oz
  • 3 Tablespoons Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Corn Syrup
  • 1 cup Milk Chocolate Morsels
  • ½ cups Peanut Butter
  • 3 cups Rice Crispies

Preparation

Mix marshmallow, water, and corn syrup in large pot. Bring to boil.

Remove from heat. Add chocolate and peanut butter, and let melt. Stir in rice crispies.

Press into 9 inch square pan, and place in fridge to cool. Cut into squares before serving.

Keep in fridge.

Nope…no need to grease the pan. Just chill in the fridge, and then cut into squares. Also, store in the fridge, as they would get a little melty otherwise. In my mind, they are best when out of the fridge long enough to slightly soften, and take the chill off. Enjoy!!!
