Chocolate Kissed Mini Eggo S’Mores!
1. Heat oven to 400ºF. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside. Let waffles sit at room temperature 10 minutes.
2. Place melted butter in a shallow bowl. In a second shallow bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and sugar until combined. Separate Eggo Homestyle Minis into 24 waffles. One at a time, dip in melted butter, then dip in graham crumb mixture, pressing lightly to coat. Place on prepared baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly toasted. Remove pan from oven. Change setting on oven to broil.
3. Place marshmallow halves cut side down in centers of each waffle. Return pan to oven to toast marshmallows under broiler to a golden brown color, about 1 minute. Remove from oven and immediately place a chocolate drop in center of marshmallow, pressing lightly to adhere.
4. Serve this warm and gooey deliciousness to eager, smiling faces who will want s’more after just one bite!
