Description

Perfectly moist, delightfully delicious. You will never make another recipe after this one.

Ingredients

  • 6 whole Eggs
  • ¾ cups White Sugar
  • 2-¼ cups Light Brown Sugar
  • 1-½ cup Melted Butter
  • 1-½ cup Melted Crisco
  • 3 boxes Vanilla Instant Pudding, 3 Ounce Box
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 7-¾ cups Flour
  • 3 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 bags Chocolate Chips, 12 Ounce Bags

Preparation

1. Beat eggs in mixing bowl. Add sugars, butter and Crisco. When mixed well, add 3 boxes of instant pudding. Add vanilla flavoring.

2. In a separate bowl, mix all dry ingredients (except chips). Gradually add dry mixture to the egg mixture.

3. Add chocolate chips.

4. Bake for 10-12 minutes in 350 degree (F) oven. When cookies are removed from oven they should just barely be finished baking, since the pudding will continue to set as the cookies cool. Cool them on newspaper as opposed to cooling racks.

VERY good! Definitely my new go-to recipe for homemade chocolate chip cookies.

My roommate was a little skeptical of putting them on newspaper but I did it anyways and it was perfect!! These were wonderful! Thanks for sharing.
