Description

These are the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever tasted.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cups White Sugar
  • ¾ cups Brown Sugar
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 cup Margarine, Melted
  • 1 package (3.5 Oz. Package, 4-serving Size) Instant Vanilla Pudding
  • 2-¼ cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1-¼ cup Milk Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Mix sugars and eggs together in a large bowl. Add margarine and mix. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix again.

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 9 minutes. Do not over-bake.

Note: I made a batch of these cookies a while ago and used white chocolate chips and chopped macadamia nuts instead of the milk chocolate chips. It turned out really good. A great way to change it up.
