Description

This is my family’s favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe! The pudding in the mix gives these such good flavor and texture.

Ingredients

  • 2-¼ cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 cup Butter
  • ¾ cups Brown Sugar
  • ¼ cups Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 package (3.9 Oz. Package) Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1-½ cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Chopped Walnuts (optional)

Preparation

In a medium bowl, combine flour and baking soda. Set aside. In a large bowl, mix butter, sugars, vanilla and pudding mix. Beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.

Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375F for 10 to 12 minutes or until browned.

Yes, I’ve used chocolate instant pudding when I’ve been out of vanilla. It’s good too!
