A must-have for the New Year.
Mix butter, sugar, vanilla flavour and icing sugar till smooth.
Add in egg yolk, followed by plain flour and full cream milk powder. (Form into dough and let rest for 15 minutes.)
Roll the dough out and put the pineapple filling. Cover the filling with dough and form into required shapes. Brush with an egg yolk glaze.
Bake at 180°c for 5 minutes, then apply an egg wash. Continue to bake till golden brown.
