Gooey, chewy dark chocolate chip cookies that will have you making them over and over again!
Preheat oven to 375 F.
In a large bowl, cream together sugars, cream cheese, butter and vanilla until well combined. Add eggs and mix well. Add dry ingredients (flour through salt) and mix until combined. Add chocolate chips and stir to mix in.
With a cookie scoop (approximately 2 tablespoons), drop cookie batter onto a baking pan lined with parchment paper leaving some space in between each. It’s best to place only 9 on a pan.
Bake at 375 F for 12 minutes. Remove cookie sheet from oven and place on a cooling rack. Let cookies cool for 2 minutes before removing cookies from the pan. Let them cool completely or eat right away.
This recipe makes approximately 40 cookies (based on a 2 tablespoon sized scoop).
