Moist cherry chocolate cake. A favorite for family birthdays.
Combine cake mix, eggs and cherry fruit filling. Mix until well blended. Pour into a greased and floured 9×13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow cake to cool before frosting.
For frosting: In a small saucepan combine sugar, butter, and milk; bring to a boil, stirring constantly and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in chocolate pieces until melted and smooth. Spread over cake when cake has cooled.
