Cake, frosting and cookies all in one delicious bite and only 3 ingredients!
Put all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir/beat until well mixed. I recommend refrigerating the dough for about 30 minutes so the dough is easier to work with but you can do this at room temperature as well.
Roll the dough into balls (makes for prettier cookies) or you can certainly just drop them in tablespoon-sized scoops onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Bake at 350 F for 10 minutes. Let them cool for 10 minutes on the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
