Description

These are AMAZING!! Everyone I have made these for rave and rave about them!!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter, Softened
  • ½ cups Oil
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 Tablespoon Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Cream Of Tartar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Butter Flavoring
  • 4 cups Flour
  • 1 cup Heath Bits
  • 1 cup Butterscotch Baking Chips
  • ¾ cups Mini Chocolate Chips (optional)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together. I sometimes add 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips, which is delicious. If you want, you can make regular chocolate chip cookies and instead of using a cup each of heath bits and butterscotch chips, use 12 oz. bag of chocolate chips. Whatever floats your boat!!

After you’ve mixed everything, place cookie scoopfuls of cookie dough on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 12- 15 minutes.

YUM YUM.

You can also store cookie dough in the freezer for fresh cookies anytime. Just pull the sealed container of cookie dough out, let sit for a little bit and place on cookie sheets and bake!
