Description

This is a healthy, delicious, new way to eat grapefruit. My husband and I are big dessert people and have a REALLY bad sweet tooth, so I am always on the lookout for healthier options that will still satisfy.

Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoons Ground Ginger
  • ½ Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 whole Ruby Red Grapefruit, Halved And Sectioned

Preparation

1. Mix seasonings and sugar together in a small bowl. After the grapefruit has been sectioned, divide the sugar mixture, sprinkling it on top of the halves.
2. Broil on high for about 8 minutes (or until the sugar begins to caramelize). Enjoy on its own, or with your favorite iced soy.
