Need to use up those ripe bananas? Give this recipe a try…it is easy & delicious! This is just like banana bread only better because there is no slicing required!
Cream together margarine & sugar. Add mashed bananas & egg.
In a separate bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon & salt.
Add half of the flour mixture to the banana mixture & mix well.
Add the rest of the flour & mix well. Stir in chocolate chips.
Scoop onto cookies sheets using a medium scoop. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until the edges start to brown. ENJOY!

Just made these for Superbowl night, and everyone raved about them! My boyfriend who is a big fan of banana bread loved them (and he’s a foodie ). Thanks for the recipe!

These were delicious! I did, of course, use butter instead of margarine because it’s all I had on hand, and I think that made the cookies even MORE delicious. My roommates are VERY happy, haha!

These were so yummy and moist! I took a bunch to work and they were a hit. Now they can’t wait to see what else I bring. Thanks!

OH WOW! This was an awesome recipe, and will probably by a favorite for a very long time. I only made one change, I added in 2 tsp of vanilla because we always put vanilla in both our banana bread and cookies!
