Banana bread skillet cake! All the flavors you love in a banana bread but in cake form and cooked in a skillet which cuts the bake time in half!
Preheat oven to 325ºF.
Whisk mashed banana and egg in large bowl. Whisk in maple syrup, vanilla, coconut oil, and almond butter. Stir in almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Fold in chocolate chips.
Lightly spray a 8 or 9-inch cast iron skillet with cooking spray. Pour in batter and sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top (optional). Bake for 18–20 minutes (don’t overbake!).
