Description

Banana and Nutella muffins are extremely easy to make and simply delicious to eat. Make this super-simple recipe for friends and loved ones!

Ingredients

  • 2  Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 110 grams Unsalted Butter
  • 3 whole Bananas, Mashed
  • 230 grams Self Raising Flour
  • 150 grams Sugar
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 6 teaspoons Nutella

Preparation

Whilst oven is preheating to 360ºF (180ºC), add eggs, vanilla, and butter to a mixing bowl. Once combined, add mashed bananas to the bowl and continue to mix until combined well.

In a separate mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar and salt. Once combined well, slowly add flour mixture to wet mixture, gently folding in whilst pouring. You want the mixture to be combined but still quite lumpy.

Pour mixture in to a greased muffin tin (or cupcake cases).

In the centre of each poured cake mixture, add 1 teaspoon Nutella and gently mix with a chopstick or skewer. Don’t mix too well, as you want to clearly see the Nutella in the baked item.

Put muffins in oven for 20 to 25 minutes until fully cooked.
