Bakers chocolate.
Line an 8-inch square pan with foil, with the ends of the foil extending over the sides. Microwave the chocolate and milk on high for 2-3 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir until completely melted. Add nuts and vanilla; mix well.
Spread into the pan. Refrigerate for hours or until firm. Use the foil to lift the fudge from the pan before cutting to serve.
