Chewy and delicious melt-in-your-mouth bites of caramel deliciousness!
Start by greasing a mini muffin pan (or you can use a 9×13 pan).
In a saucepan, start melting the butter. Add the brown sugar and stir it until it’s all smooth. Take it off the heat and let it cool for a minute.
Add the eggs and then the vanilla. Next comes the flour and the baking powder and baking soda. Stir that up until it’s all smooth.
Scoop some into each mini muffin cup, and bake it at 350° for 10-12 minutes.
Cool completely before taking them out.
Enjoy the chewy caramel goodness!
