This is a very easy recipe that I make most of the time after I finish the almond milk. These little sweet treats are amazing! Don’t forget to make them small because they are very sweet.
Blend the plums with an immersion blender until you get a smooth paste. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients except the coconut flakes, until all the flavors are evenly distributed. Make small balls and roll them in the coconut flakes.
Place the bon-bons in the freezer for about 3 hours.
