Description

Soft and fudgy Nutella cookies with just 4 ingredients and done in under 30 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1  Egg
  • ½ cups Plus 2 Tablespoons Flour
  • Sea Salt

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350ºF (180ºC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, combine Nutella, egg and flour together with an electric mixer until the dough holds together. Place the bowl of dough in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Once the dough has been chilled, scoop out 1-inch size balls of dough and place them at least 1 inch apart on the baking sheet. Sprinkle each ball with a tiny bit of sea salt. Place the tray of unbaked cookies back in the freezer for another 2 minutes.

Bake the cookies for 9-10 minutes (take them out earlier if you like a fudgier cookie). Take out, let cool for 5 minutes, then transfer the cookies to a wire rack. Enjoy!

These were so yummy, and quick to make, too. The texture was almost brownie-like and the sea salt cut through the richness a bit, while leaving that always-delicious undertone of Nutella. Thanks for sharing – I’ll definitely make these again!
