This was amazing! And when the recipe says to use a big mug…it means it! I used a large mug and it completely filled it when it was cooked. I didn’t have caramels on hand, so I poured some caramel sundae syrup in the center and it was perfect. I didn’t use salt, and it wasn’t too sweet at all. The cake was very moist and spongy, and the only thing missing was some ice cream, but I ran out of room in the mug! Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Wow! This was super easy, moist and delicious!! I didn’t have caramels so I filled mine with chocolate chips. The only thing I noticed was there is no amount of salt listed? So I just used 1/4 tsp salt and it worked out fine!!

I changed the recipe a lot b/c of what I had on hand plus I used Teff flour to make it gluten-free. Anyways great recipe – yummy and adaptable! Nice to instantly have a cup of cake
