2 ingredients, 15 minutes, and you’ve got a batch of cookies
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
In a bowl, combine banana and oats. Mash everything up and then add in a couple of tablespoons of chocolate chips if you opted to use them. Mix, and then scoop out teaspoon size balls, rolling them in the palm of your hands to help them keep their shape. Add to a greased cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
