Creamy, garlic sauce great for pasta. Inspired by a dish I used to love from one of my favorite restaurants. They served it with tortellini tossed in truffle oil, spinach and prosciutto.
Saute butter and garlic. Add white wine, simmer and reduce by half.
Add chicken broth and heavy cream and simmer 7–8 minutes, or until it begins to thicken. Add Asiago and stir until melted.

Best served with pasta, spinach and tomatoes. Also add smoked ham or prosciutto! Very close to a dish that used to be on Magliano’s menu.
