Delicious walnut butter with hints of honey, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Preheat oven to 350 F. Pour the raw walnuts onto a baking sheet and toast for 10 minutes (shake pan halfway in for even toasting). Remove from oven and allow them to cool.
Once walnuts have cooled, place into a food processor. Pulse 8 to 10 times to break up the walnuts into chunks. Add in the salt, honey, nutmeg and cinnamon. Now blend for 5 minutes, scraping down the sides of the food processor every 2 minutes.
Pour mixture into an airtight plastic container or a sanitized mason jar. Enjoy on everything!

I am going to make this! Please let me know if I need to refrigerate my walnut butter when I have finished or can I put it in the pantry? I love nuts and this will be a wonderful addition for me.
