Description

Yes, ten cloves of garlic! We love this marinade, especially when we’re grilling pork chops. It is also great on beef or chicken.

Ingredients

  • ⅔ cups Vegetable Oil
  • ⅓ cups Worcestershire Sauce
  • ¼ cups Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cups Steak Sauce
  • ¼ cups Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Pepper
  • ½ whole Onion, Minced
  • 10 cloves Garlic, Minced

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a gallon Ziploc bag, making sure that the marinade is thoroughly mixed.

Using a sharp knife, pierce several holes into your desired cut of meat. Place the meat in the Ziploc bag with the marinade. Seal the bag, getting out as much air as possible.

Refrigerate overnight, or up to 36 hours. The longer you marinate your meat, the more flavorful it will be! Cook as desired.

I made this delicious ten clove garlic marinade with some thick-cut pork chops and we all agreed it was the best pork we’ve ever had. Delicious!
