No joke – this fresh and tasty salsa will have you slurping what’s left in the bowl after you’ve scooped up all the chunky stuff with your chips!
Place peppers, onion and garlic into bowl of food processor. Pulse until finely minced.
Place chopped tomatoes in a large bowl.
Add pepper mixture, as well as the sugar, salt, cumin, lime juice and chopped cilantro to tomatoes in bowl.
Mix until combined.
Serve with warm tortilla chips for dipping!
