Description
Simple Garlic-Parsley Butter: A simple but flavorful spread for grilled meat.
Ingredients
- 1 stick (8 Tablespoons) Unsalted Butter, Softened
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- ½ teaspoons Kosher Salt
- ½ teaspoons Cracked Black Pepper
- ¼ cups Chopped Fresh Parsley
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Put garlic-parsley butter into a decorative dish and serve or spread over cooked meat.
This butter can be spread on any grilled cut making it perfect for mixed grills. We used it on grilled chicken, lamb and steak, but it would also be delicious on fish.
