Your biscuit’s best friend!
Brown sausage in a skillet over medium heat and then remove it from the pan, leaving the drippings. Melt the butter in the pan and add the flour. Cook stirring over medium heat for two minutes. Add the milk into the pan and stir constantly until thickened, about 5 minutes. Return sausage to the pan and add salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
