Description

Such a yummy tri tip marinade definitely worth the 48-hour wait!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Soy Sauce
  • ½ cups Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
  • ½ cups Chopped Onion
  • ½ cups Pineapple Juice
  • ½ cups Apple Cider Vinegar

Preparation

Combine all ingredients together. Put steak and marinade in a container and refrigerate on each side for 24 hours, or a total of 48 hours. Then grill on the BBQ. This is super delicious and easy!

I used this marinade on some Tri Tip and some chicken breasts for about 10 hours. They went on the grill and then into my hungry husband and stepson. My guys told me this recipe was a “keeper” and wanted to know what was in it! The Tri Tip was nicely tender and the flavor was awesome. The chicken breasts could be cut with the side of the fork and were also very tasty!
