Say goodbye to bland dry pork. This is a brine for any cut of pork you may be having. The meat comes out so juicy and flavorful. I made pork chops, they were the best pork chops I have ever had!
Place water in a large bowl that has a lid.
Place all ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a boil (the smell will be amazing). Once it has boiled, pour the mixture into the bowl with water, and then add ice cubes and whichever cut of pork you are using. Cover tightly with lid and place in fridge for 3 hours but no more than 8.
Remove the meat from the brine and prepare the pork using your favorite cooking method (grilled, baked, etc) and your favorite recipe.
