Mustard Sauce for Ham

Description
A sweet sauce that complements baked ham.
Ingredients
- 2 whole Eggs, Slightly Beaten
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- ½ cups Vinegar
Preparation
In a saucepan, whisk the eggs. In a small bowl, stir together the sugar and dry mustard powder. Whisk this into the eggs and place on low heat. Add vinegar. Bring to a slow boil over low heat, whisking almost constantly, until sauce thickens. Serve warm or cold over baked ham.
