Description

This is a fantastic blend with easy-to-find herbs and spices to give any recipe some Middle Eastern flavor. It’s great in marinades, as a spice rub, or on vegetables.

Makes about 2/3 cup.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cups Ground Cumin
  • 3 Tablespoons Dried Parsley
  • 2 teaspoons Granulated Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • ½ teaspoons Turmeric
  • ½ teaspoons Dried Rushed Rosemary
  • ¼ teaspoons Cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoons Ground Cloves
  • ⅛ teaspoons Ground Ginger
  • ⅛ teaspoons Ground Mustard

Preparation

Combine all of the seasonings in an airtight jar. Shake and and store at room temperature.
