This marinade works great for beef, chicken or pork! Perfect for grilling.
Combine all ingredients, mix well (you can zoop it all up in a blender if you prefer) then add meat (chicken, beef or pork). Marinate in refrigerator for 4-24 hours before cooking the meat by your preferred method.

A word of caution: some people are sensitive/allergic to MSG. There are a lot of other flavors going on in this marinade, so MSG wouldn’t be missed if it’s left out.

This marinade was delicious. No need for any kind of steak sauce to serve alongside. A keeper, for sure!
